We have stayed at this property several times in the past and the staff here has always been the most friendly and welcoming to my family and I!! Quincy is by far the best!! he was most helpful when I accidentally left my room key in the room and he didn’t hesitate to help me out by giving me a new one. He has always be friendly and interactive with the guests. I can’t remember the manger’s name for the day shift but she is also top notch when it comes to questions I may have had and helpful when it came to ordering dinner to be delivered!!

Quincy was excellent during the check-in providing us all the information we might need about the area. The breakfast was very good. The room had disability access and the grab bars in the Bathroom were excellent. Good location, unfortunately we arrived in town too late to enjoy the Huntsville Botanical Gardens. Upon check-out, the system was down, and we could not a receipt. That evening I called the hotel and Quincy was on duty again, and promptly emailed me a copy of the receipt.

Quincy the front desk clerk is very professional. He is informative on any concerns or questions you may have. I have stayed here a few times and he has greeted me with a warm smile and welcome each time. That says a lot about his character and professionalism. The breakfast at this location is also very good. I didn’t catch her name but the cook made sure you were satisfied and the cleanliness was a plus. I will always choose this hotel whenever I come into town

Plenty of parking, close proximity to many different eating choices. The room was very clean, comfy beds, plenty of sitting room. Facility's have definitely been taken care of. Easy to access! Loved the size of the refrigerator in the room, plenty of space to keep stuff. The staff were so friendly and welcoming both checking in and checking out. Some of the nicest hotel staff I've encountered!

I like the convenience 3 min away from my son apartment, it was very clean and the room smelled wonderful, the beds were cozy and comfy the free breakfast was nice but other nearby places to eat if you don’t want the hotel food (Waffle House, Cracker Barrel)
